Right Hand Host (“we”, “us”) provides short-term rental management services in Colorado Springs and Denver. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email, and phone number; your property location and desired start date; how your property is currently managed and how many properties you own; your estimated current revenue; what you’re looking for; and any other information you share about your property and goals. We also automatically receive limited technical data — such as your IP address and basic request logs — from our hosting provider for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, assess fit, and follow up about managing your property. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How it is handled & shared
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email service provider (Resend), and our website is hosted on Vercel, which processes the technical request data noted above. These providers act as our processors and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We retain inquiries only as long as needed to follow up and for our business records, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time. We honor these requests as required by applicable law, including the Colorado Privacy Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act where they apply, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
