Why I built Right Hand Host.
If you own a short-term rental, there's a good chance you've already been let down. You were sold the big pitch — full-service, hands-off, maximized revenue. What showed up was a call center that treated your home like one unit out of hundreds, a dashboard you had to babysit, and a slow drip of fees for things that should have just been handled.
Somewhere in there, the asset started to feel like stress, doubt, and a second job you never signed up for. I built Right Hand Host because I watched that happen too many times — and it doesn't have to be that way.
The answer isn't a slicker dashboard or a bigger promise. It's the fundamentals: obsess over the guest experience, protect the home like it's our own, and run a real operating system instead of winging it.
